Location: Aberystwyth or Cardigan.
Hours: 22.5 hours per week
Salary: Starting at £26,265 pro rata

To provide face to face therapeutic intervention, support and education to young people seeking help to tackle their drug and alcohol use, using the range of models and methods that have been agreed for use within the Dyfed Young Persons Service
