£26k base salary with OTE in year 1 of £45k through commission and promotions!

Find and screen candidates.
Conduct interviews and match candidates to roles.
Advise clients on hiring strategies.
Support candidates with applications and interviews.
Negotiate job offers.
Build and maintain relationships.
Follow up post-placement.
