Interaction Recruitment are looking for HGV Class 1 Drivers/HGV Drivers/LGV Class 1 Drivers/LGV Drivers/Class 1 Drivers working on a FTE basis ( ongoing work) at our large, national distribution Client in Harworth (S81) Our client is one of the biggest names within the HGV industry, with the latest vehicles on the market, which means you get the best HGV experience and a top range vehicle to work with. 12 Months UK HGV Class 1 Driving Experience Required Working Hours: Various Am start times available Pay Rates - PAYE: Monday - Friday: £16.00 / £16.75 P/hr Job role - · Handling the transportation and delivery of goods, including multi-drop deliveries. · Reversing on to bays. · Typical hours 10/15-hour days. · Trunking: You will drive on a regular route, including long haul transportation of goods between distribution hubs. · Store Delivery: Transport various types of goods from location to stores. · General haulage: Transport various types of goods from location to location. · Manual handling: Physically lift, carry, and move goods as needed during loading and unloading operations. · Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections, reporting any defects or maintenance needs. · Maintain accurate records of deliveries, logbooks, and other necessary paperwork. · Follow all safety protocols and procedures.
