As a Manufacturing Plant Finance Manager here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of our manufacturing plant within the Honeywell Safety and Productivity Solutions (HSS) business unit. You will develop and implement strategies to optimize financial performance, improve cost efficiency, and ensure compliance with financial regulations. Your role will involve analyzing financial data, preparing budgets and forecasts, and providing financial insights to support decision-making.
You will report directly to our Finance Director within the HSS business unit and you'll work out of our Newhouse or Portsmouth location on a Hybrid work schedule. We are willing to consider offering relocation assistance for qualified candidates.

YOU MUST HAVE
7. Extensive experience in financial management or a similar role.

9. Proven track record of driving financial performance and cost efficiency.
10. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
11. Experience in a manufacturing, supply chain or industrial environment.
