Job Description
* Manage all financial aspects of the company including, forecasting, and financial reporting.
* Implement and maintain internal financial controls and procedures.
* Oversee, review, and adhere to the budgets for each business department.
* Work alongside external auditors and manage internal controls.
* Implement strategies to minimise financial risk.
* Coordinate and produce all tax documentation as required.
* Assess financial performance and make necessary changes.
* Keep up to date with technological advances and accounting software to be used for financial purposes.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Finance Manager should have:
* A relevant qualification.
* A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
* Proven experience as a Finance Manager or similar role.
* Extensive understanding of financial trends within the industrial / manufacturing industry.
* Proficiency in accounting software.
* Strong leadership and decision making skills.
* Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong ethical standards and high levels of integrity.
