This role is responsible for ensuring efficient, safe, and compliant operations while driving site development within regional and country-level parameters.## **Responsibilities*** Ensure the effective execution and continuous optimisation of site operations, steering all related operational activities* Develop and propose short- and mid-term operational development plans for the site, aligned with country and regional objectives* Prepare and oversee the implementation of local infrastructure investment plans and site maintenance programmes* Plan, manage, and optimise site costs and efficiency levels, allocating financial and personnel resources within agreed limits* Facilitate collaboration and act as a key point of contact between site functions and stakeholders* Liaise with and represent the site to local authorities, external partners, and the local community* Ensure effective site and facility management, maintaining compliance with safety, environmental, and operational standards* Lead the site’s operations leadership team, ensuring high standards of people management, including oversight of temporary workers**Your Profile*** Proven experience in operations or site management within an industrial, logistics, or operational environment* Strong leadership and people management skills, with experience leading multidisciplinary teams* Commercially minded, with the ability to manage budgets, resources, and operational performance* Confident communicator able to engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders* Experience working with regulatory bodies and ensuring site compliance is highly desirable**Location:** Sandbach, Cheshire. **Hours:** Full-time, 37.5 hours per weekBrenntag provides equal employment opportunities to qualified applicants and employees of all backgrounds and identities to create a workplace where difference is valued because it forms a resilient and more innovative organization.
