Your Role as a Trainee Teacher
From your first day, you will be an active member of the school community. Responsibilities will increase gradually and may include:
* Supporting pupils in lessons and small group settings
* Co-planning and delivering engaging lessons alongside experienced teachers
* Assessing pupil progress and adapting teaching approaches
* Creating a positive, inclusive, and well-managed learning environment
