Proactis is seeking a high-performing Dutch Speaking Account Executive to drive growth and strengthen our presence in the Benelux region. This pivotal role sits at the heart of our revenue engine, generating net new business, identifying cross-sell opportunities, and consistently exceeding quota targets. You’ll be joining a dynamic Sales team and working alongside Commercial Team Leads, Product, Finance, Customer Success, and other business units. While this role does not have direct reports, you will play a key role in cross-line-of-business collaboration, driving strategic opportunities and ensuring CRM excellence. This role will put you at the forefront of major initiatives—building and executing account plans, running joint campaigns with partners, leading cross-sell efforts, owning pipeline strategy, and contributing to sales enablement.
Your Responsibilities:
• Proactively building, qualifying, and closing a sales pipeline to achieve quota, aiming at 3.5x quota coverage.
• Identifying and qualifying opportunities for new business and cross-selling additional modules, working with Commercial colleagues as appropriate.
• Ensuring CRM hygiene is spotless and business plans are regularly updated and executed against.
• Working collaboratively with partners to drive pipeline and execute against this.
• Establishing strong and effective connections that will lead to growth opportunities.
• Developing expert knowledge of Proactis’ products and strategies to develop non-strategic accounts into strategic accounts
