*Position Description*
Coolkeeragh Power Station comprises a 400 MW Combined Cycle Gas Turbine and 53MW Open Cycle Gas Turbine and is located in Maydown, Northern Ireland.
The Maintenance Manager will form part of the senior management team at Coolkeeragh Power Station taking responsibility for the maintenance of the plant.

*Key Responsibilities*
The key responsibility of this role is to maintain a best-in-class CCGT Power Station and meeting the contractual obligations and commercial targets set for the plant. Other key responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
* Implementation of maintenance policies
* Delivering safe and quality assured maintenance practices
* Ensuring best practice Work Management processes are executed systematically
* Optimising on-line and off-line plant maintenance
* Ensuring the Maintenance Team have all required skills and competencies to meet the demands of the station
* Promoting & Fostering teamwork and empowering and developing maintenance teams to deliver optimum capability
* Continually improving the overall asset performance
* Dealing effectively with suppliers, statutory bodies, outside agencies and contractors
* Management of spares; optimisation of parts holding
* Optimising contractual agreements with contractors and suppliers
*Essential
Knowledge, Skills and Experience*
* Significant experience in an industrial environment
* Demonstrated ability in leading a customer focused team
* Strong IT skills
Desirable
* 7-10 years' experience in CCGT power plant operations, maintenance and/or systems is desirable
* Experience in project management and/or good planning skills

Qualifications*
* A recognised degree in an appropriate engineering discipline or substantial equivalent work experience

£72,000 - £90,000
