Role: Quality Engineer (All levels)
Location: Staffordshire (Hybrid)

In this hands on role, you'll support quality operations across projects, suppliers, and manufacturing processes. You'll work closely with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to drive improvements, investigate issues, and support audits and inspections. With room to grow and make an impact, this is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives on ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Lead quality efforts on key projects and support supplier quality management
* Act as a key contact for clients and certification bodies on quality topics
* Carry out internal and supplier audits, investigations, and root cause analyses
* Review First Article Inspection Reports and manage PPAPs
* Contribute to business management system improvements and compliance
* Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve quality concerns and elevate standards
* Provide quality assurance insights to senior leadership during a period of expansion
What You’ll Bring:
* A background in engineering or a quality-related discipline
* Lead Auditor certification in ISO9001 (14001/45001 a bonus)
* Knowledge of APQP, PPAP, and quality systems in manufacturing environments
* Strong communicator with a hands-on, solutions-focused approach
* Confidence interpreting technical drawings and working with suppliers
* Curiosity, calmness under pressure, and a drive to deliver quality without compromise
