Job Title: Health and Safety Manager – Hotels
Salary: £60,000/£65,000
Location: Buckinghamshire/Greater London
A high-profile luxury estate in Buckinghamshire is seeking an experienced Health & Safety Manager to join the business during a significant period of investment and transformation.
The estate comprises luxury accommodation, leisure facilities, sporting amenities, and a busy programme of events, and is currently undergoing a major refurbishment programme with long-term ambitions to become one of the UK’s leading destinations of its kind.
The Role
Reporting to senior operational leadership, you will take full ownership of Health & Safety strategy, compliance, and culture across a complex, multi-faceted environment. The role is hands-on and wide-ranging, covering operational activity, contractors, and major refurbishment works.
About You
* Strong Health & Safety experience within complex, multi-site or project-led environments
* Excellent knowledge of UK Health & Safety legislation
* Confident managing contractor and project safety
* Comfortable influencing senior stakeholders and operational teams
* Backgrounds outside hospitality are welcomed (e.g. estates, construction, mixed-use, leisure)
