Sunderland City Council is seeking a dynamic Project Support Officer to provide day-to-day project support for the Healthy Places Programme. The post involves working closely with educational settings, alongside internal and external partners, to support the delivery of initiatives that improve health and reduce health inequalities across Sunderland.
Responsibilities
Provide day‑to‑day project support for the Healthy Places Programme, coordinating with educational settings and partners to ensure timely delivery of initiatives.
Qualifications
* Undergraduate degree or relevant work experience.
* Excellent organisational and prioritising skills, able to manage competing demands and work independently.
* Strong project management abilities and the capacity to engage, influence and motivate a range of stakeholders.
* Familiarity with and commitment to improving health outcomes and reducing health inequalities.
* Exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974; subject to DBS check by the Disclosure and Barring Service.
