Due to expansion, our clients, a highly successful and growing Surveying practice, are seeking a Residential Surveyor to work on a Consultancy basis. The role is available, working 2-3 days a week. The role will involve carrying out Mortgage Valuations and Level 2 Surveys
Working hours:
1. Flexible working hours, 2-3 days a week
2. Remote / WFH based
Our client is offering the successful Residential Surveyor
3. 55% on net fees paid
4. OTE of between £50,000 - £80,000 dependent on days worked
5. Holiday Pay
6. PI Insurance
7. Equipment provided, including iPad, Mobile phone, Surveying equipment
To be considered for the role of Residential Surveyor you must have the following:
8. Minimum AssocRICS
9. Registered Valuer status
10. Own Car
11. Experience in Mortgage Valuations and Level 2 Surveys
As a Residential Surveyor, your role will involve:

13. Attendance of online staff meetings
