Job Title: Band 5 Staff Nurse - Older Peoples Wards

Minimum Requirements
1. Must have a live PIN with the NMC UK.
2. Availability to work 11.5-hour shifts.
Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated, committed Band 5 Staff Nurse to work in the Older Peoples wards, including specialties in Orthopaedic rehabilitation, movement disorder, hyper-acute stroke, and general medical wards. Previous experience and a passion for this specialty are desirable.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver high standards of patient care within a multidisciplinary team.
* Participate in discharge planning and patient management.
* Engage in ongoing training and professional development facilitated by our Nurse Educator.
* Act as a role model and support nursing students and new team members.
