Senior Domestic Abuse Officer Who You Are You are an experienced professional with a relevant probation qualification and a strong background in assessing and managing risk related to domestic violence and child safeguarding. You have the ability to lead effectively through change, analyse and solve problems creatively, and provide support, development, and management to others to improve performance. You understand and promote equality, diversity, ethics, and the principles of the Probation Service. What the Job Involves This role requires you to manage, lead, and develop a team of operational domestic violence workers to deliver probation services that align with Swindon Children's Safeguarding Team requirements. You will manage programmes, contribute to team and organizational strategies, and evaluate performance. You'll establish and maintain partnerships, manage risk, supervise staff, manage resources, and ensure confidentiality and quality in service delivery.
