A well-respected specialist school near Redhill is looking for a Graduate Pastoral Assistant to support children with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. The students range between 10 and 16 years old, and face a range of SEMH needs, and challenges including trauma, anxiety, OCD, and behavioural issues. The students therefore need a Graduate Pastoral Assistant who will be dedicated to being a consistent role model, is committed to building strong relationships, is empathetic and up for a challenge!
The ideal Graduate Pastoral Assistant must be open-minded, resilient, and knowledgeable about mental health. The perfect candidate will have experience with SEN children and/or adults in any setting. Graduates in Psychology, Criminology, Education or Counselling would also be perfect for this position.

**£80-£100 per day, Mon-Fri, 8.30am-4pm, term time only
**Excellent on-site training, support and CPD is provided to ensure safeguarding of all students
