As a Customer Sales Manager, you will guide families to the ideal care solutions for their loved ones, driving growth and showcasing Cranmer Court’s premium care home services. You will work within a high‑performing sales team committed to making a real difference in people’s lives.
Key responsibilities
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the care sector.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with families and referral sources.
* Present and promote Cranmer Court’s services to clients, achieving sales targets.
* Collaborate with the sales team and management to develop strategies for growth.
* Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales cycle.
