Based in Belfast with a hybrid working model requiring two days per week in the office, you'll lead the testing strategy for high-profile projects that support millions of users worldwide.

About You
* Extensive experience leading testing and quality assurance within enterprise environments
* Proven expertise in defining and implementing test strategies for complex software programmes
* Strong understanding of manual and automated testing methodologies
* Experience working with C#/.NET-based applications and modern software delivery practices
* Solid knowledge of performance, integration, and regression testing
* Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across technical and business teams
What You'll Do
* Define and lead the overall testing and quality assurance strategy for the programme
* Establish and promote testing standards, best practices, and governance
* Coordinate testing activities across multiple teams and workstreams
* Mentor QA engineers and support teams in delivering robust and effective test coverage
* Collaborate with architects, developers, and business stakeholders to ensure quality is embedded throughout the delivery lifecycle
* Drive defect management, risk assessment, and continuous improvement initiatives
* Oversee test planning, execution, and reporting to ensure successful project delivery
