Senior Business Development Executive
Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and adaptable Senior Business Development Representative to help drive pipeline growth and expand market presence. This role focuses on generating new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, engaging potential clients via cold outreach, and effectively communicating the value of our intelligent platform. The successful candidate will also support the development of junior team members.
Key Responsibilities
* Collaborate closely with Account Executives to identify and source new pipeline opportunities that lead to closed revenue and quota attainment.
* Understand and advocate for customer business initiatives.
* Develop a strong point of view to help qualify customer needs.
* Conduct research across various business lines and personas to tailor outreach strategies.
* Support onboarding and training of less tenured team members.
Required Skills and Experience
* Proven ability to manage a high volume of accounts with strategic prioritization.
* Adaptability and flexibility within a fast-paced, evolving sales environment.
* Ability to build credibility and trust with both internal and external stakeholders.
* Excellent time management, interpersonal, and communication skills.
* 2+ years in a sales role. Preferably SaaS BDR/SDR experience. Experience and willingness to hit the phones and cold call. Eager to make money and grow in their career. Strategic prospect outreach (mix of calls, emails, LinkedIn, etc).
* Experience working collaboratively with extended teams.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, professional email etiquette, and calendar management.
