PRIVATE CLIENT SOLICITOR : LOCUM, 3 + PQE, DEVON, GBP 45 PER HOUR, CIRCA 1 MONTH. A reputable and supportive law firm is seeking an experienced locum solicitor to join their private client team on a temporary basis. JOB REF: 0091
-Responsibilities include managing a caseload of private client matters, including wills, probate, and estate administration, covering a range of complexities.
-The role requires flexibility, strong case management skills, and the ability to work effectively within a busy team, with secretarial support provided.
-The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years' PQE in private client law and demonstratable experience in this area.
-The role is available on a part time or full time basis with a hybrid working arrangement, requiring some office attendance (particularly for signing wills and LPAs), and candidates must be available to start immediately for approximately one month.
