As part of their ongoing growth, we are looking for a Team Shift Supervisor to join their fast‑paced assembly operation to support with increased business demand. Team Shift Supervisor – Role Overview As the Team Shift Supervisor, you will lead a team within the Assembly department, ensuring production targets are met, workflows run smoothly, and quality standards remain consistently high. This is a hands‑on leadership role where your presence, energy, and ability to motivate a long‑standing workforce will be essential. You will split your time between the shop floor and office, managing KPIs, supporting process improvements, and driving productivity in a fast‑moving environment where kitchens are delivered within 24 hours of order.
