I am a lively 5-year-old living in Swansea with a diagnosis of autism spectrum disorder (ASD). I’m looking for a kind, patient, and enthusiastic Personal Assistant who can help me explore the world safely, whilst having lots of fun. I don’t always understand danger, so I need an adult who can keep me safe when we’re out and about. I am happiest when I’m playing, whether that’s roleplay, building things, visiting shops, enjoying soft-play, or relaxing in cafés. I especially love Peppa Pig! I can clearly communicate my needs, wishes, and feelings, so you’ll always know how I’m doing. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with children, loves play, and wants to make a real difference in helping me grow, discover, and enjoy life securely and happily.
Driver is required to take me out.
Hours of work: 8 miles per week and 10 hours per week during school holidays.
Rate of pay: £13.50 per hour.

Employment terms
A trial period will be necessary in the first instance in the form of a six‑month probationary period. Salary will be paid monthly (annual leave is calculated on a pro rata basis). A DBS must be processed prior to any commencement of employment. Costs of DBS will be met by Swansea council where applicant is eligible.
