The Role
To carry out a range of administrative support tasks related to the recruitment of Assessment Associates (AAs). This entry-level position within the Associate Recruitment Processing team ensures sufficient Assessment Associates are appointed to fulfill assessment activities.
Key Accountabilities
* Handle routine enquiries regarding applications via phone and email, liaising with internal teams.
* Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for all vacancies, including support for new applicants and reference checks.
* Oversee the onboarding process for AAs, maintaining bank details, HMRC data, and personal information.
* Coordinate communication of new Examiners/Moderators/Markers to relevant departments.
* Organize logistics for Senior AA Interviews, including venue, accommodation, and travel arrangements.
* Maintain accurate data across various processes.
* Create guidance documents and process maps for new vacancies.
* Collaborate with hiring managers to streamline the recruitment process.
* Train new team members on processes.
* Assist with administrative tasks to support the wider team.
* Handle high volumes of application forms and references efficiently within deadlines.

Literacy
* Intermediate proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook (Essential).
* Experience with databases (Desirable).
Working Pattern
Standard office hours, Monday to Friday, with flexibility during busy periods, including occasional weekend work. Overtime may be compensated with time off.
