Job Description
3. Accurately process payroll for employees, ensuring compliance with regulations.
4. Maintain payroll records and ensure data integrity.
5. Handle payroll queries and provide timely resolutions.
6. Prepare and submit statutory returns, including PAYE and NI contributions.
7. Collaborate with the Accounting & Finance team to ensure financial accuracy.
8. Assist with audits and provide necessary payroll documentation.
9. Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and internal policies.
10. Support ad-hoc payroll-related tasks as required.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Payroll Officer should have:
11. Experience in payroll processing within a professional environment.
12. Strong knowledge of payroll systems and relevant legislation.
13. Experience with iTrent would be desirable.
14. A background in Accounting & Finance or a related field.
15. Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
16. Proficiency in using payroll software and Microsoft Office Suite.
17. Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
