We're looking for a Payroll Assistant to join our friendly team at PHL. If you're organised, detail-focused and want to grow your career in payroll, this could be the perfect next step.
What you'll do
* Support monthly payroll for salaried & hourly staff
* Manage starters, leavers & sickness records
* Reconcile payroll data for accuracy
* Respond to payroll queries quickly and professionally
* Maintain pension scheme records & assist with year-end tasks
* Support payroll projects and process improvements
What we're looking for
* Payroll administration experience
* Confident with Excel
* Knowledge of tax/payroll processes (or willing to learn)
* Great attention to detail & confidentiality
Bonus if you've worked in healthcare, produced payroll reports, or are working towards a payroll qualification.
