Responsibilities
* Support management of RFIs received from Security Supply Chain where decisions are required from DWP Estates
* Liaise with DWP Estate Operations Managers on CSI and SCC related queries
* Lead Estate Security Transformation (EST) Handover meetings to upskill operational colleagues in new security technology post CSI installation.
* Manage CSI Intranet Pages that contain guidance and useful information on the new systems and processes
* Assist in resolution of CSI and SCC issues through partnership working with DWP, Digital and the Security Supply Chain
* Remain alert to emerging issues and trends which might impact your work area, identifying and reporting risks and issues efficiently.
* Analysing and using a range of relevant, credible information from internal and external sources to support recommendations within the TSF team
* Work collaboratively with stakeholders and DWP Supply Chain partners
* Support on project communications, ensuring communication is made in a straightforward, honest, and engaging manner.
* Managing and respond to requests for service/information that are made to the TSF team.
* Produce and provide detailed reports to internal and external stakeholders outlining progress against targets
* Foster a one team approach to managing security amongst DWP stakeholders to ensure a security focussed environment.
* Lead on appropriate security initiatives as required
Interview Process
All candidates who are successful at the sift stage will undertake a single virtual video interview. You will be assessed against the experience listed in the essential criteria. You will also be asked behavioural questions and an additional question to validate your knowledge, which will be measured against the essential criteria as specified in the vacancy. You will also be asked some strength questions. Interviews are scheduled to take place virtually and dates are subject to change.

* Turkish nationals, and certain family members of Turkish nationals, who have accrued the right to work in the Civil Service
Qualifications
* Experience in working effectively and in partnership with the supply chain and subject‑matter experts and relationship development
* Experience in producing detailed reports and presentations for a range of DWP and supply chain stakeholders
* Ability to make risk‑based decisions to determine the most appropriate course of action
* Excellent stakeholder management skills, confident in communicating with internal and external stakeholders at different levels of seniority, engaging and collaborating to build effective networks in order to deliver goals and objectives
* Knowledge of Supplier and Customer Relationship Management techniques and their application
* Proven ability in articulating data and forecasts to stakeholders with commercial acumen
* Proficient in Microsoft applications including SharePoint, Excel, Outlook, Word and PowerPoint
Desirable Skills, Knowledge & Experience
* Experience in a Technical Security function role
* General understanding of HM Government Security, Certificate in Security Management Principles, or the willingness to work towards
