Responsibilities
* Lead the kitchen of a luxury hotel and spa, with freedom to shape menus and standards.
* Drive standards to AA Rosette level and deliver quality across restaurant, spa, and events.
* Manage the kitchen team to ensure high performance and development of junior chefs.
* Oversee Brasserie dining (international menus) and catering for significant events, weddings, and corporate functions (up to 200 guests).
* Balance quality with profitability through effective menu development and cost awareness.

* Luxury hotel (30 rooms) with full spa and wellness facilities.
* Brasserie restaurant (50 covers per day) with international menus.
