Responsibilities
* Support planning and coordination of policy-related projects by maintaining delivery schedules, updating action logs, and tracking progress against agreed milestones.
* Assist with gathering evidence, conducting basic analysis, and preparing materials for policy development, consultations, and governance meetings.
* Help translate policy objectives into manageable tasks and work packages, ensuring teams are clear on what needs to be delivered and when.
* Identify emerging risks or delivery issues and flag them promptly to senior colleagues, contributing to mitigation planning and status reporting.
* Build and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, supporting workshops, meetings, and communications that enable smooth project delivery.
