A well-established Sussex law firm is seeking an experienced Residential Property Solicitor to join their growing team. The role offers exposure to a wide range of property work for private and commercial clients, with a focus on residential transactions.
The Role
You will handle a varied caseload including:
* Residential sales and purchases
* Leasehold and freehold transactions
* Transfers of Equity
* Re-mortgages
* Advising on standard and complex property matters
You will work closely with clients, providing clear and practical advice, and supporting smooth and efficient property transactions.
The Ideal Candidate
* Qualified solicitor or legal executive with 3+ years PQE in residential property
* Confident managing transactions independently
* Strong communication skills and client-focused
* Commercially aware and able to work in a busy team environment
