Overview

Asletts Ltd is a growing building contractor operating across the South East, delivering refurbishment, general building works within domestic, housing association and commercial environments.

We are not just looking for an administrator. We are looking for someone who wants to grow with the business.

This role is ideal for someone organised, commercially aware and confident with systems, who wants to develop into a senior operations, compliance or commercial support role over time.

Responsibilities

* Office administration and document control
* Booking in jobs, following though on jobs until complete
* Supporting RAMS, H&S documentation and accreditations (CHAS, Constructionline etc.)
* Assisting with tenders and procurement portals (In-Tend, Sell2 etc.)
* Liaising with housing associations and commercial clients
* Raising purchase orders and assisting with valuations
* Supporting compliance, certifications and audit preparation
* Diary coordination and multi-project support

Qualifications

* Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office essential)
* Excellent written and verbal communication
* Highly organised and able to multitask
* Comfortable working independently (home and office)
* Professional and well spoken
* Construction experience preferred
* Housing association or public sector experience highly desirable
* Understanding of SOR codes or compliance processes a bonus

This is a great opportunity for someone ambitious who wants to move beyond a basic admin role and become a key part of a growing construction company.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From £29,120.00 per year
