Job Duties:
1. Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with inquiries, orders, and product information.
2. Handle incoming and outgoing shipments in the warehouse, including sorting, packing, and labelling.
3. Maintain a clean and organised warehouse environment.
4. Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment.
5. Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
