OA are looking for a highly-organised Personal Assistant to join our client on a 12 Month Fixed Term Contract. Our client is a well-established, fast-paced business operating across multiple retail channels, known for delivering high-quality products. This role will support a senior leader within the brand function and would suit someone who is confident managing competing demands, with a strong focus on task prioritisation and delivering work to a high standard.
Personal Assistant – Details:

Personal Assistant – Responsibilities:
* Manage complex diaries, coordinate meetings and track deadlines
* Handle email correspondence, including inbox organisation and drafting responses
* Support with internal communications and liaise with cross-functional teams
* Act as a key liaison with retail partners, ensuring timely submission of product information and pricing
* Complete and maintain retailer product data forms in line with seasonal launches
* Upload and organise product imagery to meet brand and retailer standards
* Manage website content including product uploads, descriptions, and seasonal merchandising
* Maintain internal product records, including SKUs, pricing, and imagery
* Support data entry and reporting alongside the design, production, and sales teams
Personal Assistant – What We’re Looking For:
* Proven experience in a Personal Assistant or high-level administrative support role
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
* Strong written communication and attention to detail, especially with product-related content
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and Excel
* A proactive and dependable approach to supporting a busy brand function
