Our client, specializing in Real-Time services and web application management systems, is seeking a talented individual to join their expanding tem in Eastbourne. This is an exciting opportunity to work onsite and contribute to their innovative projects.
Responsibilities:
* Provide 2nd/3rd Line support for IT infrastructure and systems.
* Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Real-Time services and web application management systems.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions and enhancements.
* Maintain and monitor SQL Server databases.
* Ensure optimal performance and availability of systems.
Requirements:
* Minimum 3 years of experience in 2nd/3rd Line IT support roles.
* Proficiency in SQL Server administration and troubleshooting.
* Strong knowledge of Azure cloud services.
* Experience with Real-Time services and web application management systems is a plus.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
Flexibility is essential for this role as there is an on-call rotation (1 in 3 weeks) for after-hours support.
