This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled property lawyer to take on varied and interesting work within a supportive public sector environment, while retaining flexibility through remote working.
Key Responsibilities:
This role will focus on a broad range of local government commercial conveyancing work, with a particular emphasis on:
* Landlord and Tenant matters (including work under the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954).
* Sale and purchase of land.
* Occasional residential conveyancing (excluding Right to Buy matters).
