Role: They have an exciting opportunity for a Clinical Director to shape the future at Carmel Veterinary Centre. This role involves a varied caseload, mentoring colleagues, and setting clinical and professional objectives to ensure best practices in colleague, patient, and client care. Working in this first opinion practice, you will undertake clinical duties including surgery and consultations, and play a key role in guiding the practice towards excellence and growth alongside the senior leadership team. The role offers a balanced split between clinical and managerial duties, with encouragement and support for leadership and development certificates. You will be based at both sites.
Hours: They offer a flexible rota with a typical full-time schedule of 4 days per week, over 40 hours, with shifts from 8:30 am to 6:30 pm or 9:00 am to 7:00 pm. You will work 1 in 4 Saturday mornings from 8:30 am to 2:00 pm. No OOH, closed on bank holidays and Sundays.

Salary: Up to £75,000 DOE plus up to £5,000 relocation allowance.
