Working within our diverse, multidisciplinary teams, you will be the pivotal link‑liaison with Project Managers, clients, and supply chain partners. Your work spans the full project lifecycle, producing critical outputs such as Single Line Diagrams, Block Cable Diagrams, and detailed technical specifications. You will also mentor junior engineers, helping to cultivate the next generation of industry leaders.
You hold a degree in Electrical Engineering (or a similar equivalent) and possess a robust background in EICA engineering design, ideally with Chartered or Incorporated status.
You are a skilled technical communicator, capable of delivering clear presentations, leading HAZOPs, and driving collaborative design discussions. While experience in the Water sector is a significant advantage, we also welcome candidates who have made a demonstrable impact in the energy, infrastructure, or environmental sectors. Understanding of DSEAR requirements in design is also highly valued.

Principal Electrical Engineer – North West (Manchester or Warrington)
More than a design position, this role is an opportunity to become a key leader in our growth. You will build our reputation in the local community and the vital Water Business, overseeing EICA design services from initial optioneering and concept design through to detailed delivery and feasibility studies.
Qualifications & Experience
* Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
