Early Career Teacher (ECT) – Blackpool (KS1)
Salary: £120 - £150 per day (depending on experience)

Are you a newly qualified teacher looking to start your career in a welcoming and supportive KS1 classroom? Teaching Personnel is working with partner primary schools across Blackpool who are keen to welcome enthusiastic ECTs into their teams.
What the role involves:
* Teaching a KS1 class with support from experienced staff
* Creating a positive and engaging learning environment
* Supporting children of all abilities, including those with SEN and EAL
* Building confidence in classroom management and routines
* Working closely with other teachers and school leaders
What we’re looking for:
* You’ve got (or are about to get) QTS
* Some recent experience working in a primary school setting
* A genuine interest in helping young children learn and grow
* Good communication and a calm, organised approach
* An enhanced DBS (or happy to apply for one)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
