Key Responsibilities Partner with firm committees and Chairs to develop and execute talent strategies, facilitate leadership meetings, and enhance communication channels. Contribute to policy development and implementation. Support progression, performance review, and compensation processes, providing guidance to relevant committees. Engage with global and local attorney development programmes to implement initiatives and foster continuous improvement. Build strong relationships across Legal Talent and business services teams, leading collaborative efforts to support strategic initiatives.
