Responsibilities
Your Role as a Customer Service Specialist
As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be a trusted point of contact for our retail customers, ensuring they receive expert guidance and a seamless experience. You will play a key role in building and maintaining strong customer relationships in an industry that values trust and expertise.
Your Key Responsibilities:
1. Engage with customers worldwide via email, phone, and live chat in English, Spanish and/or Italian, and ideally German
2. Advise and assist customers with product information, orders, and account management.
3. Resolve inquiries efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction while maintaining high service standards.
4. Identify customer needs and offer tailored solutions to enhance their experience.
5. Collaborate with a multicultural team to streamline processes and improve customer service strategies.
6. Support innovation by sharing insights that help refine and optimize service offerings.
Qualifications
What We’re Looking For:
7. Languages: Strong English & Spanish and/or Italian skills; German and/or French is a plus.
8. Customer Service Experience: Ideally in an international and service excellence-driven environment.
9. Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to engage with customers professionally and empathetically.
