Available Roles Support Worker £13.85 per hour Day and night shifts available Full-time and part-time hours available Full UK driving licence required for day roles (held for at least 1 year) Senior Support Worker £14.75 per hour Full-time day shifts available Full UK driving licence required (held for at least 1 year) Previous senior support or leadership experience preferred What You'll Be Doing You'll provide person-centred support tailored to individual needs, helping people build confidence, develop life skills, access their community and achieve greater independence. No two days are the same. You could be: Supporting daily routines and activities Encouraging independence and personal development Supporting emotional wellbeing Helping people access appointments and community activities Promoting positive outcomes and quality of life Working closely with colleagues and professionals to deliver excellent support Senior Support Workers will also support shift leadership, mentor team members and help maintain high-quality standards across the service.
