Founded in 2016, this independent digital and analytics consultancy partners with leading asset management firms to transform data into business insight. The team combines experience from global brands such as L’Oréal and Farfetch with deep expertise in financial marketing, helping clients sharpen performance and ROI across digital channels.
The Role
You’ll take ownership of new business generation — building a structured, repeatable BD function from the ground up. With strong marketing collateral, data-led propositions, and warm market traction already in place, this is a chance to make an immediate impact.
Key Responsibilities
* Design and execute a new business strategy that drives consistent pipeline growth
* Identify, engage, and convert prospects within asset management and financial services
* Lead client conversations from initial contact through to close
* Leverage data and marketing insights to position solutions as strategic and high-value
* Build a manageable pipeline of quality accounts with long-term growth potential
* Work closely with the Founder and analytics team to align messaging, delivery, and proposition
What We’re Looking For
* 5–10 years of BD or client acquisition experience in consulting, analytics, or marketing services
* Experience selling into asset management or financial services a major plus
* Strong understanding of how data, analytics, and marketing create commercial value
* Proven success building or structuring a BD function from scratch
* Confident communicator with credibility at senior stakeholder level
* Hands-on, autonomous, and commercially minded with a growth-focused mindset
