Sales Excellence Specialist
Location: London (Hybrid )
Contract: 6 months + potential 6‑month extension

We’re looking for a mid–senior Sales Excellence / Sales Operations Specialist with strong experience supporting senior stakeholders, driving pipeline discipline and owning Rhythm of Business (ROB) cadence in a fast‑paced, matrixed environment. You’ll partner closely with Sales Leadership to improve execution, forecasting accuracy and operational efficiency, while contributing to planning cycles and transformation initiatives — including embedding AI‑driven insights into sales processes.
Key Responsibilities
* Drive pipeline discipline & forecasting excellence, ensuring accuracy, hygiene and consistent execution across teams.
* Own and orchestrate ROB cadence, tracking actions, risks and insights for senior leadership and cross‑functional stakeholders.
* Support planning cycles, including forward‑looking financial year planning, account planning and ongoing business performance reviews.
* Enable sales transformation, embedding new methodologies, AI‑driven insights and process improvements to enhance seller effectiveness.
Key Requirements
* Proven experience in Sales Excellence, Sales Operations, Sales Management, Program Management or similar within a fast‑paced, matrixed organisation (tech/cloud experience strongly preferred).
* Strong pipeline management, forecasting, reporting and data analysis skills — advanced Excel capability essential.
* Confident partnering with senior stakeholders (SLT), providing insights, driving accountability and influencing decision‑making.
* Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities and deliver high‑quality, guideline‑driven work under pressure.
