Duties
* Supervise and manage kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
* Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to ensure consistency and quality in every dish served.
* Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness throughout the kitchen.
* Train and mentor kitchen staff in cooking techniques, food safety practices, and presentation standards.
* Manage inventory levels, ordering supplies as necessary to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
* Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service during peak times.
* Monitor kitchen performance metrics and implement improvements as needed to enhance efficiency.
Qualifications
* Proven experience as a Head Chef or in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
* Strong culinary skills with extensive knowledge of food preparation techniques.
* Experience in supervising and managing a team effectively.
* Excellent leadership abilities with a focus on team motivation and development.
