Job Description:
* Receipt & administration of customer orders via telephone, email and website
* Posting of customer payments
* Basic credit control
* General administrative duties
Person Specification:
Essential:
* A minimum GCSE (or equivalent) in English and Maths
* A confident telephone manner
* Ability to work as part of a team and using your own initiative
Desirable:
* Experience of working with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Word and Outlook
* Previous experience in an office environment
Full training will be provided
