Role Overview
As a Junior Sous Chef, you will have the opportunity to develop your management skills by assisting the Sous and Head Chefs with kitchen management and running the pass in the absence of senior chefs. You will also have the chance to coach and mentor junior chefs, sharing knowledge to improve team performance and build a strong kitchen team.
Responsibilities
You will play a crucial role in the kitchen management team, supporting daily operations and demonstrating your passion for creating exceptional, locally sourced dishes to deliver outstanding dining experiences.
We are also open to considering a Chef de Partie for this position.
