MANAGEMENT ACCOUNTANT – 37.5 hours per week, Mon-Fri
Salary: £32,000 – £35,000 (dependent on experience)
Purpose
Reporting to the Head of Finance, this is an exciting new role within ABHSC with the opportunity to make a significant contribution to the Finance function of the business. The role holder will provide high quality accounting support across the organisation.
Key Duties
* Support the production of monthly management accounts
* Support cashflow forecasting and reporting
* Support the preparation of monthly payroll
* Aged receivables reporting and support with credit control processes
* Maintain fixed asset register
* Balance sheet analysis and reconciliation
* Review of VAT returns
* Preparation and processing of journals
* Support the annual budgeting process, including regular monitoring and reviews
Key requirements
* A minimum of five years’ accounting experience
* AAT qualified
* Advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge
* Proficient on Xero (or similar) accounting system
