Our client, an independent law firm based in London, is seeking a HR Advisor to join their team. They have ambitious growth plans, and this is an exciting opportunity to join the team as their first dedicated HR hire.
This is a standalone role, so would suit somebody who is used to working autonomously.
This is a hybrid role with flexibility in terms of where you work best, but you must be able to attend the office at least once a week and as required for in person meetings.
Requirements:
* CIPD level 5 or equivalent experience
* 3+ years’ experience at HR Advisor level
* Strong Employee Relations experience
* Experience creating and implementing new policies
* Ability to work autonomously, influence at senior levels, and communicate effectively
* High attention to detail
Key Responsibilities:
* Determining and delivering HR’s strategic priorities
* Lead workforce planning processes to assess future needs, including skills gaps and succession planning
* Producing and analysing data to support decision-making
* Provide expert employment law advice and guidance
* Support line managers with casework issues, including disciplinary and grievance cases, sickness absence management and welfare concerns
* Manage the recruitment process from role design to selection and offer stages, including recruitment administration and on-boarding
* Manage HR related platforms and tools
* Provide guidance on employment relations issues and ensure HR policies are in line with current legislation
* Implement new HR initiatives and projects

The salary for this role is up to £46,000.
