Letting assistant required for busy property management company based in Crewe.
Join our small, close knit team in a varied role that changes from day to day.
You'll be taking on a variety of roles including;
* General admin and phone answering
* Appointment making
* Attending viewings
* Carrying out property inspections
* Maintenance management
* Communicating with tenants and landlords in relation to day to day ongoings with tenancies.
The successful applicant will need basic IT skills and a full clean driving license and be confident working alone out and about on appointments as well and as a team in an office environment.
Required to work Wed, Thur, Fri 10am to 5pm plus occasional cover.
