Responsibilities
* Assist the Head Chef in managing the kitchen team.
* Contribute to creating modern, fresh dishes.
* Ensure high standards in food preparation and presentation.
* Oversee kitchen operations and inventory management.
* Prepare meals for hospitality services and events.
Qualifications
* A passionate culinary professional with experience in a fast‑paced kitchen.
* A natural leader who motivates the team.
* Committed to culinary excellence and innovation.
* Proven experience as a Sous Chef in a fast‑paced, high‑quality kitchen.
* Level 3 Food Safety certification.
* Passion for leading a team and creating innovative, mouth‑watering dishes.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks while staying calm, cool, and collected.
