Knight Frank is looking to hire a Business Support Coordinator for the Guildford Residential Sales Office.

The Country Residential sales division are looking to recruit a Business Support Coordinator to assist with sales administration in the Guildford office. You will report into the Office Head, Tim Harriss with day-to-day input from the Operations Coordinator.
Responsibilities
1. Greet customers in a polite and welcoming manner as the initial point of contact upon entering the office.
2. Assist customers and offer refreshments
3. Promptly answer incoming telephone calls
4. Take accurate messages and assist with enquiries wherever possible
5. Provide keys to contractors
6. Maintain a tidy office and reception area
7. Prepare the boardroom for meetings when required
8. Refer clients to a wide range of KF services including Commercial and the Global network
9. Create new property activity records
10. Order land registry title checks
11. Register new instructions
12. Create template letters and forms
13. Organise and book in viewings liaising with clients
14. Demonstrate competence in all KF systems (Working Life, Hub, Global Life, Power BI, Audit centre, etc)
15. Dealing with all enquiries from the general public
Sales Administration and Business support
16. Provide 1:1 support to The Head of The Surrey Hills.
17. Create new property activity records.
18. Create template letters and forms.
19. Accurate generation of sale invoices.
20. Demonstrate competence in all KF systems (Working Life, Hub, Global Life, Power BI, Audit centre, etc).
21. Submitting monthly expenses.
22. Ensure office compliance and drive audit pass rate improvements.
Professional experience/ Personal Skills
23. Prior experience in a business support, administration or front of house role preferred but not required

Key Information
Working hours: 9:00 – 17:30 Monday – Friday and 9:00 – 14:00 every one in eight Saturdays.
